We will act with professionalism and will try to make the investigation as comfortable as possible. We will explain step by step what we are doing during an investigation and why. Questions are always welcome.

An investigation is completely confidential and will not be discussed outside of our team. The details of an investigation will remain confidential unless otherwise noted by the person experiencing the activity.

We use a scientific approach in all of our investigations. We begin by searching for natural causes of any phenomena which may be affecting one's health or sense of well being.

If the phenomena cannot be rationally explained or disproved and the person experiencing the activity wants us to continue with our investigation, then we may apply a more spiritual approach in order to resolve the situation.

The team will consult and decide on a course of action. We will then explain the details of the process and why we feel it may be the best solution. No action will be taken without consent.

We feel it is important for the person experiencing the activity to be involved in the process of resolving the situation.
